About
This forthcoming 12-week programme is designed to support people living with chronic low back pain through a therapeutic and integrative mind-body approach. Created as a live online course, it will offer a structured and supportive space for those seeking greater ease, confidence and resilience in relation to persistent back pain. The programme will bring together therapeutic movement, carefully adapted yoga-based practices, breathwork, relaxation, mindfulness, education and guided home support. Its aim is not simply to focus on the back in isolation, but to work with the whole person — recognising the relationship between pain, stress, fear, tension, nervous system regulation, movement patterns and emotional wellbeing. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution, this course is being developed as a gentle but meaningful progression over 12 weeks, helping participants build a personal toolkit that can support both symptom relief and longer-term self-management. The intention is to create a space where people can move more safely, understand their experience more clearly, reduce fear and tension around pain, and gradually cultivate greater steadiness, strength and trust in their bodies. This programme reflects Nadia’s therapeutic approach to chronic pain: one that is compassionate, evidence-informed, and rooted in yoga as a whole system, while also engaging with contemporary understanding of mind-body health, nervous system regulation and long-term wellbeing.
